Denison and Partners (‘’DAPL’’) is the focused (re)insurance delegated authority solutions Team within Pantheon which provides professional and dedicated services to Managing General Agencies, Lloyd’s Coverholders and (re)insurers, under the leadership of Alasdair Ritchie, who founded the business prior to the amalgamation into Pantheon in June 2023.

DAPL has strong historic relationships in the Financial and Professional lines sector, primarily across the US and Canada.

DAPL has strong long-term partnerships with its clients, being the broker of choice for the specialist MGAs and Coverholders BY developing tailored risk solutions in order to meet complex client needs in today’s trading and business environment. DAPL will look to provide reinsurance on insurers’ lines utilising established relationships in Lloyd’s and with global A-rated capacity.
